We were rented a 2021 Chevy Equinox with 4 miles on it. It was fabulous. We drove all over Tucson and beyond and had 350 miles when we fueled up and it was only $28. I don't know how that is possible, but it was full. I thought that was excellent gas mileage for a mid-sized SUV. Check in and Check out was seamless. Thanks!!

Super helpful in the parking garage of Tucson Airport.nA little short on vehicles in the lot as expected returns weren't coming in but they had one and upgraded for free just for the fact it was the only one in the lot.nExtremely friendly group to deal with.nI have dealt with numerous rental companies and I would reccomend them over any other.

We rented a car in Ft. Worth, brought it back 2 weeks later, had it inspected by the store, got our receipt. A week later we got a notice telling us the car was damaged, the bill was $1,800+, file a claim with our insurance company and to contact the Loss & Recovery department. We did, got hung up on at least 4 times. Finally we got pictures of the damage, sent to our insurance company,. they contacted Enterprise & they responded THIS time. Finally after about 2 months, Enterprise said they would examine the case, said that there was hail damage to the car. guess what there were no hail storms in Ft. Worth during that time. After another month Enterprise finally arrived at the same conclusion. The sad part is that the agent that checked in the car would not return a phone call or an email, & we tried numerous times to contact him. NO RESPONSE, been renting & buying cars from Enterprise for 25 years but don't know if i will EVER do business with them again. Watch your backs people!!!

The people that work there always seem happy to be at work. My car has always been ready for me and sometimes even better than what I expected. Id give you a 5 Star but you closed your Green Valley Jim Click location those guys were always a good representation of your organization. I look froward to doing business again.

Great service. Was met in the garage and all the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend Enterprise in Tucson. Great people. The return could not have been more simple. Fast and friendly.
