I wish I had the option for zero stars. This place has the worst customer service. The guy came out eyeballs the amount of gas when I brought it back he eyeballs it again and decided it was a gallon less. Wow he is amazing. Asked him to credit me for the gas he told me there was nothing he could do. Called their corporate customer service and was told someone would call me back WHAT??? They lost a customer. Two suggestions 1. Give your employees a $50.00 limit to appease customer service issues. 2. Avoid fuel questions, give out your cars with a full tank. Have them returned with a full tank.

Miranda is absolutely the best! I had some issues where my reservation wasn’t confirmed (due to insurance dropping the ball on some things). Even though this was not a mistake on enterprise end Miranda helped me through the whole thing and got me into a rental a little later that day. Her customer service is beyond outstanding. You can tell she really cares about her customers and goes the extra mile. I will definitely be using this location for any future needs!

I picked my car up Friday night so I could leave early Saturday morning. The sales rep told me the tire pressure monitor light on wasn’t a big deal and told me it was fine. I should have called bs. This morning my tire is at 18 psi. Needless to say I can’t leave and I have to wait until 9 am to swap the car.

Make sure you show up on time or call if your running late, they will give your reservation to the next customer and you'll wait a little longer. On the good side, this location offers high class vehicles such as the luxurious Austin Martin, porche 911, and fancy Lamborghini rentals if you've got the $$ i took a picture as I pulled out of the parking lot and the first vehicle I saw made me smile real big.. THANKS ENTERPRISE
