I’m sorry to say it was a terrible experience. I wait for 3 hours to get my car. Some people was waiting for more than 4 hours. I remember a tourist couple waiting for the car after admin task done 30´ before and the agent asked to them « what are u waiting for? ». They said just « the car »...the agent seems to have forgotten them and worst, seems to have lost the key car. It’s was a pathetic interesting customer journey satisfaction ud83dude00. So to sum-up,if you go to Hertz in Bryant Street: be mentally prepare and try enjoy all failures to learn what not to do!
