Budget Car Rental

Been sitting here for 25 minutes and haven’t been helped yet. Only one person on a busy Saturday on holiday weekend.nAnd they wanted my social security number and to do a credit check even though I already paid!nAnd their computer system wasn’t working. Total nightmare.

We always get great service at this location. We use vouchers from our bank and this Budget is the only one that can figure it out. Prices compared to other rental agencies are really affordable. I've had to rent several vehicles for work in the last few weeks. It's gotten to the point where I don't bother using hotwire or anything, just call the budget on sunrise. There's a woman named Jade who works there who has got to be psychic, or something to that effect.nI literally drive 6 miles to rent from them (there's 3 car rentals within a mile and a half of my house) just because there's no hassle with the reservation, rental or bill.

We received excellent customer service. The person helping us figured out what no one else could. I would give them 10 stars. We were able to rent the car and have our trip out of town on thanksgiving! Thanks!

Been coming to this location for years. I did call, and added an extra day. I had to drop the car back off 2hrs late. Those 2 things added up to an extra $213+ in charges. The original fee was $200 for 2 days. How did an extra day add up to $213+ in charges. Nobody said t weekly rate would have been half price. The only response I heard was an I'm sorry for any inconvenience. Won't be back after 5 yrs of always using this location.
