I was required to drop my car off at 2:30pm. The day due, we dropped off at 2:25. The manager told myself and another customer to leave the keys in the car and they will send us an email receipt. They clocked the car in at 4:50 and charged me another day. Don’t trust management, get a receipt if you decide to do business with them. Another manager Don San Antonio told me there is nothing they can do and to call customer service, which opened up a case and should have an answer in a few weeks. Scam and laziness. Their job is so simple and yet they fail.
The Charger we were assigned smelled like cannabis, and nobody would do anything about it. The supervisor (not the attendant) said the car smelled fine. We finally did get another car, and that one was fine.
Friendly staff but prices are a bit high
Took half hour for somebody to show up to the counter , and when I dropped off the car there was nobody to check the car in , I had to walk to the main counter to find somebody and let them know I was dropping off a car and they said we are not suppose to have a mini van come in today. And they also said the reason there was nobody at the counter was because I parked in the wrong place when I was sure I parked it in the right place.
Headache after headache with this company. Don't try and rent here if you are a local, you need to bring every detail about your life, a blood and stool sample, and it is still up to the fates if you will actually be able to rent a vehicle. Ended up going over to a budget. Best part was that my insurance was covering the rental, but because I was local, I felt like they though I was stealing their car. Never again.
