Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Mr Tyler Heap did an excellent job helping me, very courteous and informative. He even remembered me from several days prior and understood my situation/ let me know exactly what I needed to do to get what I needed for my reservation. The service is great as usual. But the actual rental place is hard to find. The entrance to the return and to the rental place is very close to each other and the signs are very small. The actual rent a car place is on the third floor and it's not marked so it is hard to find! We saw several other cars circling the place

Don't bother going to the kiosk as they operate completely outside on floor 5 of the rental car garage. They have a neat selection of midsized and fullsize cars. No premium cars it would seem. Rental experience was quick and easy.

I was given a car that had a maintenance issue. But only noticed it on my trip. I did not feel completely safe in the vehicle. Plus shortly after I returned the car and started my drive home, I remembered I had forgotten my ez pass on the windshield, so when I got back the vehicle had been sanitized already. A gentlemen that works there helped me and went inside the vehicle and searched but did not find anything. After he left I wanted to double check myself, but the lady that works there was so rude. She didn’t even ask me what I was doing in the car and stated “you get out of the vehicle, it’s been sanitized already”. When I explained my frustration, she didn’t really seem to care that someone(their staff) had taken my ez pass (all in 10 minutes). That is so unethical. I had rented that car for 16 days and I can’t take a quick look in the car to check if it had fallen or been placed on the floor or glove compartment because it had been sanitized. It’s not a customer’s fault that Enterprise cleaned the car in 10 minutes of it being returned. This lady made me feel as it was all my fault and refused to let me search the car. Unbelievable!!!

My car was ready and clean on my arrival at enterprise. The staff is caring and willing to take the time to familiarize me with my rental car. They even picked me up and took me to my rental at enterprise.
