I made a one-day car rental reservation at this Hertz six weeks ahead of time and when I showed up on Saturday to pick it up they told me they did not have space for me to return it that day and I had to either hold it through Monday (and pay for the extra time) or park it on the street when I returned it that evening and be responsible for parking tickets that would accrue until they opened to process the return on Monday. I cancelled my reservation at great personal inconvenience and recommend others avoid booking with them.

Iris calmly and effectively accounted for all of the queue that formed the Saturday I arrived for a pick up rental. Her attention was focused on me when it was my turn; I appreciated her thoughtfulness and professionalism.

I am giving my five stars primarily because of Iris and how helpful she was in a very difficult and stressful moment! She was so patient with us and did her utmost to get us on the road in an efficient manner when there were no cars on the lot. Iris was the epitome of professionalism and also generosity (a rare combination!!!).

I ask if a van was available and I was put on hold for more than half hour and they keep hanging up on me and saying that was a mistake, they tried to put me on hold again and I complain for being on hold for so long just to figure out availability, right after my complaint his answer was No we don’t have a van available for tomorrow. I’m pretty sure he never even moved from his place to check for availability ....horrible costumer service !!!

This is the best Hertz location in the area, Orlando and Iris have always treated me like royalty. The only place I will rent.
