Due to very rude customer service from a specific employee I will not be returning to this location. First he was very passive aggressive, unhelpful, and down right rude. When we had issues with our online booking we were told to call. Specifically told to go outside and no assistance in phone numbers or protocol. How the situation was handled was unprofessional. I would do yourself a favor, cancel and walk across the street to enterprise.
They said they would be contacting the insurance company to cover my rental but 3 weeks later they charged my card almost 800 with no warning or explanation. Would not recommend.
Recently used Hertz for car rental, and the staff were very accommodating. Steve in particular was very helpful when I arrived near closing hours. He did not rush me, and was really great throughout the entire process.
