Great service, quick and the two guys that helped were very professional and made everything easy to understand.
I have used Enterprise several times now and have had a great experience each time. The processes for renting the car, obtaining the car, and returning the car are all simple and quick and none of the cars I rented had problems. I plan to continue using Enterprise in the future for when I need to rent a vehicle.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car, 26 New St, Cambridge, MA 02138, is the worst place to rent a car. Staff are really rude and not customer friendly. Would not recommend this place.
We rented many times from this location before covid. Competent staff, well-maintained cars, and quick service. The thing is, currently this branch is closed, but the website will let you book a car here nonetheless. Then they will call you and tell you that you actually need to go to the Central Sq. location. Unfortunately for me, I already rode my bike to this location before they could call. Frustrating!
If there is lower rating I would give it. Enterprise Rent-A-Car, 26 New St, Cambridge, MA 02138, is the worst place to rent a car. Staff are really rude and not customer friendly. Would not recommend this place.
