EXCELLENT SERVICE! I am beyond thrilled with our experiences with this Enterprise. We have rented from here a few times and every time we have really good customer service. Richard, the manager, was thorough and helpful. He also made the check in and check out experience 10/10. We will always use this specific location for any rental needs with visitors etc.

We had reserved a vehicle with another location.....got a call that morning that they didn’t have the vehicle we reserved. We called the Lexington location and they helped us find a similar vehicle and took care of us throughout the entire process. The manager of the Lexington location is an absolute Sweetheart and helped our family so very much. If it wasn’t for her, we don’t know what we would had done. Thank You Lexington Enterprise!! Have had a great experience with every Enterprise we have used. Long time customer and will continue to be customers for life.

Rented a car for the weekend and drove half way across state with my children and found bag with marijuana and a pack of rolling pappers came rolling out from under the driver's seat. If I had been pulled over with my children with that I'd still be in jail. They promised a free upgrade next rental. Next rental and got nothing as they change managers just about every time I'm there. Done. After 30+ rentals from you and I'm treated like I have been I'll go somewhere else thank you.
