Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Super impressed with the customer service at the Maynard Enterprise location. Of all my car rental experiences, this was by far the best. Brian was super helpful, accommodating and responsive, and the car I was given was the nicest I have ever received from a rental agency. I would highly recommend renting from this location.

After getting a flat tire this morning I made a reservation to pick up a rental at 0900. I got a call that they couldn't get a car for me at 0900 and asked if I could do 11 instead and I agreed but explained that it needed to be available right at 11. I then called back and asked if they could do a drop off or a pick up and they said no they didn't have the staff for either option. I got there at 1030 to fill out paperwork in the hopes of being able to leave at 11 but the door had a sign saying they were out of the office. The door was unlocked though so I went into the waiting room and there was tablets, phones, keys, and an open safe but not a single person working there. The phones were ringing off the hook. I tried calling the number on a sign at 1045 but it goes to corporate who put me on hold and never called me back. There were several other customers by now,we all tried calling other locations but no one got back to us. At 1100 there was still no on there. At 1115, we called the police to come secure the building and I knew I wasn't going to be getting a vehicle and I missed a VERY important interview. Manager strolled in at 1145 with excuses about how he was out doing a drop off; which earlier in the day he had told me he couldn't do. He could have called me, he could have told me earlier that he didn't have a vehicle available, and I would have taken my money elsewhere. He is so desperate for business but clearly has no vehicles, no staff, and no business sense. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. He also never offered to make this up to me or fix the solution he just kept repeating his excuse about being understaffed.

Easy experience I’ve ever had renting from Enterprise. The people were great.

Michael was super helpful getting me the pick up truck I needed even while dealing with a couple of really cranky customers who were in front of me. He even gave me his cell phone number so I could get a hold of him if I needed help.

Over priced rented a car for Monday to Friday returned car maybe an hour and a half later then my return time due to a medical emergency they charged me for two more days almost another 150 dollars they did not tell me this when I informed them of this a couple hours before I returned it if I was informed they where gunna charge me for two more days I would of keep the car the two more days in my opinion that was quite unprofessional on there part not to inform me that I would be charged like that
