I highly do NOT recommend this car rental service,nThey will try to take money out of your card as much as they can and use any excuse to take your money, do not trust this company!nnI rented a car for $105.15nAnd also payed for the insurancennBut they ended up charging me $214 plus $305 for security deposit that I still HAVE NOT received back.nnI called to see why they charged me so much and they said they had to take an extra $60 because of gas but it was at the same level I got the car at. Then they just made a bunch of other excuses to charge me even more.nnI told them to check the car before I left but they said just leave it there and they’ll check it when they have time so I left and now I have all these withdrawals from this company taking out more money from my card.

It seemed like Hertz started to change they bad habit of charging you more than agreed. But last time I ordered from I didnt like what I saw. I did called and revered the charge, but why did I even had to do it? Check charges and call if you see something that shouldn't be there.

This has been the worst car rental experience I've ever had.nnReserved a full-sized sedan, got a compact, with a smashed radio!nnNeeded roadside assistance, got hung up on twice by the system after being on hold for 20 minutes each time, and when I told the customer service person on the third call and asked them not to put me on hold again, THEY PUT ME ON HOLD MID SENTENCE!!! In what universe is that acceptable customer service behavior!!! You can see in the screenshot how long I was waiting after they put me on hold.nnIf this is their standard of service, it's no wonder they had to file for bankruptcy.

They helped a dad see his kids in time of crisis. Blessings beyond life. Now add great service, the best price. Can't go wrong with Hertz.
