This is my second time renting a car from them. Gloria is wonderful! The first time I rented from them, I rented a large van for a group and the second time I needed a quick rental for the weekend. Both times Gloria assisted me and I received excellent customer service from her! This is definitely my go to rental spot.
I rented a car and it was absolutely DISGUSTING. It smelled like rotten beer and it was crusty. There was old chip bags and rappers.
Wonderful service, especially in a tight situation. Really thorough & worth every penny. Thanks again!
Great service from Kevin and Arturo at the LIC location. Had a hiccup with the van upon pick up but they worked as quickly as possible to fix the issue and even gave a discount because of it.nnMG, I believe is her name, was the one I spoke to on the phone to book that van and she went out of her way to get me a lower rate that I had seen the previous day, kudos to her too.nnIan on the phone was also very helpful with all details about renting with Empire.nnWill rent from them again when I need a cargo van for long distances!
RIP OFF BEWARE GO TO ENTERPRISE OR ANYONE BUT THESE GUYS ARE MONEY HUNGRY THEY CHARGE YOU FOR LITERALLY EVERYTHING. THEY EVEN TOLD ME TO DEPOSIT THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE CAR THEN I CAN RENT IT! LIKE WHAT?! ALMOST CHARGED ME 2800 BUCKS FOR A 3 DAY RENTAL RUN AWAY!!!
