Worse customer service ever do not go they and on top of it they don’t kno how to do they jobs can’t even find your name n when askin question he was so upset tellin me he hav other customers, when it comes to the rate looks like he was tryin to put the price up to make something in his pocket total disaster ....

The Manager in this location is crooked, I’m a President Circle Member a Hertz, with thousands of points, I had a reservation for a large SUV (T) for a Suburban, Yukon, or similar. I used the AAA Membership since I’m a premier member. I come to the location, and the lady at the Counter (African American Female who couldn’t care less about her job or the customers) Makes an Issue about AAA membership, since it takes off 20%, so I made some calls and I proved I was a AAA member, and it caused some problems for there location, so what they did was, they swapped suddenly On there own to a diff vehicle without me realizing, even tho she already mentioned she’s giving me the suburban, and when we went outside, the Guy Manager (African American male) told me that the price for the suburban is more since it’s a higher class, and they ended up charging me the 20% Savings I was supposed to have , onto an “Upgrade Fee”, the lady lied to me and told me she voided that contract, the manager gave me a 2018 suburban with zero Gas, and told me there was nothing he can do even tho I already was assigned initially the suburban for the price I reserved!I will take this matter to AAA even further. Thank you to the gentlemen that was super helpful today. Hooked me up while some one gave my car away. The woman only told me what I couldn't have while texting the entire time.

Do not use this location. Setup a minivan rental 3 weeks on advance, when i called about an early pickup i was told they had no vans only a small SUV. Jfk location is much better, larger fleet of vehicles.
