We had a great experience at this location. Our car was waiting for us clean and ready to go. This was at the start of covid and we felt comfortable from the beginning. We were given a Chevy Acadia in great condition. It was even a bigger model than we were expecting as we had chosen a midsize suv but we were thrilled when we were given the option to take this car. At pickup and drop off we were in and out. Will be returning this year for a car rental for vacation

I have been renting cars from enterprise in floral park for several months because of my car getting fixed which is taking very long because of the pandemic. They are amazing reliable and so helpful. Matt and the two Mikes are so great always making sure I’m comfortable and everything is in order. Very pleasant, I will always go to enterprise in floral park. Thank you so much ud83dude0a .

Vehicle broke down. I waited 3 hours for a tow truck. We were directed to a Enterprise RC that and told they would provide a compatible vehicle. When we arrived they had no vehicles and didn't want their own care. We were directed to a second Enterprise location, they had no room for the vehicle and sent us to a third. The associate at Albany Airport was very understanding. I had a Cadillac Escalade and left with a Mazda. It was a matchbox car for a big guy 6'5 280. I called the original location on Saturday was told they associate would be in Monday, waited for call. I called Tuesday, was told he was on vacation and individual who provided me the info wasn't available. I couldn't even use the car. Complete mess. I use to be an Enterprise Business Member, key word is USE TO BE.nYOU GET ONE STAR BECAUSE YOU CAN'T POST A ZERO.
