Budget Car Rental

I was charged over fuel tank I filled before returning the car even when I sent proof of purchase.

I enjoy booking with Budget. They have great options that don't break the bank. The location at JFK is easily accessible. I didn't have any problem with the customer service. The only thing I had a problem with is the fact that there isn't an option for non smoking or smoking vehicles. The person who had the rental before me was a smoker and honestly I didn't want to go back inside to request a new vehicle(I just wanted to get outta there). Having non smoking and smoking vehicles would be awesome BUDGET!

The customer care part/window can be more amicable & simplistic with the client irrespective of color,race,belief.

I rented a 4 wheel drive vehicle which was needed because of the location I was traveling to. The vehicle I was given had issues shifting into 4 wheel drive. There were times I would be able to easily do this but most of the time it was very difficult and I would spend time stuck trying to get it into the correct gear. It even became dangerous at times and prevented me from completing my trip in the time planned. I have now spoken to your customer service twice and was told I was going to get a call back from a manager and still have not gotten one. It has been almost a week and I was told I should hear from someone in 24-48 hours.
