The Enterprise Astoria location is a bright, clean, full service neighborhood garage. Always outstanding genuine care and friendly service from Dustin and Mark’s team. Its like a family. They provide new, clean cars since they've relocated to 38th Street near the 59th Street Bridge. Very convenient to all highways and main streets into Manhattan and out of the city. No airport fees! Highly recommend this location.

Customer service was just fine. Helpful and not pushy. However, the vehicle was gross. I found a balled up Kleenex between the seat and middle console. My son found chocolate frosted donuts underneath passenger side seat, when one rolled out at a red light hahaha. In the era a COVID-19? Really? I definitely smelled whatever they spray to disinfect, but doesn’t the vehicle need to be cleaned as well? Cmon, Enterprise!
