Payless Car Rental

Worst car rental in LGA. Fees are not as advertised, vehicles are beat up and filthy: tried 3 different vehicles, each with issues, ended up getting a refund and walking over to Hertz. Rental at Hertz was $100 cheaper (for a 2-day rental!) and the car was spotless. Never going back.

Without question the worst rental car agency out there. They over charged me, forgot to add the EZ Toll Pass (and it was already installed in car) on my account, so now I have to pay toll amounts. After 3 calls, 3 different agent - it is confirmed that they have the worst customer service reps... Rude and Snarky. PAYLESS... AND YOU GET LESS !!!!! Spend the extra $10-$15 and go with a REAL Rental Agency.

Staff was very friendly they took their time to make sure u will be comfortable in the car u choose I surely recommend them to my friends.

The staff here are very professional and welcoming and they treats you with uttermost respect, I woild definitely refer any and everyone to Payless.

I had reserved a vehicle for 12 noon but obtained it at 2:30. The Budget attendant stated that my return time couldn't be changed and i had to return to Newark. I called Payless and they said I could return it to Laguardia and my return time would be at 2:30. I am satisfied with my service at Payless and will use them in the future.
