Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Full disclosure I have rented at enterprise many times before using my cell phone bill HOWEVER AS! As of March 1st if your going to rent a car through enterprise by using a debt card as apposed to a credit card you must have a UTILITY BILL.(GAS ELECTRICITY, WATER) Apparently because it ties you to the house. No cell bills no bank statements or even mail. It must be a utility bill. For NYC THIS MAKES NO SENSE. A ton of people don't have utility bills. Bottom line is make sure your using a credit card and save yourself a headache because their new rules for proving your address doesn't make sense for people in urban environments.

Rented Nissan Ultima with exiting scratch on drivers side door. After 3 days, I got phone call from and they’re accusing for this scratch. I explained over phone that, it was existing and they didn’t even trusted and they keep repeating for to use my insurance. Then I have to take special drove to prove my self. Thank god I have took all 360 photos.nPlease be aware.

Nice Car options. Respectful and well mannered staff. The only issue is none of the branches except the Airport is open 7 days a week. If I want to return the car or take it for one day extra, there’s no other option than to take it for 2 days. The only other option is dropping it of at another location which costs a lot of drop off charge. Overall experience is excellent.

Clearly they don’t know customer skills I called and a man answered with a scared hello... I thought I dialed the wrong number I said is this the enterprise on woodside ? He said yea..... I said who am I speaking too? He said jorge this location has no customer service skills he sounds scared and careless and just wanted to hang up if the manager is reading this get him FIRED!!!

They were very friendly and professional.nBut recently I was so disappointed about the service.
