Hertz

I am not sure what happened to this place. I used to love here. Clean car, great service, hassle free return. I rent a car monthly for work purposes and always had a good experience. Now, this happened the last two times I rented. I make sure to return my vehicle on time during a weekday to make sure my 200 dollar deposit hold is returned on time. A week later & it’s still not dropped from my card... WE are in a pandemic! So I called and got an automated message that said to contact my bank to release the funds I called my bank and they said the company never contacted them to release said funds. So i called Hertz & I spoke to someone. They checked my paperwork and realized that they had just closed my car rental contract this morning.... so now have to wait another week for the credit card hold to be released. Why in the WORLD did it take a week to close a rental contract?! I mean a week later?! The incompetence and irresponsibility blows my mind. I have to rent a vehicle this month for work and i’ll take my services somewhere else. This just turned me off.

I've never had an inconvenience when renting at this Hertz location, always competitively priced. Cars are make in very good condition as well. Recommend

THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED. Do not book from here. You can make a booking online but when you show up you will have to call a different Hertz location. If that location even has a car for you, you will then have to make a 30 minute trip to get there. DO NOT BOOK.

Clean cars and great customer service

Really bad customer service. I reserved a car through a third party. I was informed through the third party that in order to have the reservation name switched I will have to speak to someone at the location. When we arrived I was called to the window and explained the situation. The rep. basically did not want to hear it and asked me to step away from the window without offering any options for me. As I called the third party company on the phone and tried to explain the situation to his other co worker the man started blantanly laughing at me. I would never rent from hertz again. I had a really bad experience
