Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great at the beginning horrible at the end.nWhen picking up the car the car had bump and scratches with a small crack from what I can tell on the car. I spoke with the lady about my concerns and she said it’s all fine it’s noted and i took her word for it. Come today to drop off the car they see the same concerns that I have about the crack and now there telling me this my problems because it wasn’t noted when the last that first help me said it was fine all noted in the car.nnValencia is very rude and wasn’t trying to understand But saying I did it and now I need to pay.nnNever again will I use this location.

Had several issues from renting to car trouble but Enterprise ended up making up for it. The reason I gave a four star was because of one person-- Nate Ilyas. He listened to my concerns even though I was highly upset from day 1. He tried to resolve my issues the best that he can. Highly appreciate of him.

First of all. I’m really disappointed. This is not my first time renting a car with the company. I did it in Orlando, FL and had no issue with it, I was very happy with it. Today I wanted to rent a mini van and go with my family in a trip. I reserved it two days before the trip and everything was okay, even they called me to CONFIRM! BUT, I went to pick up the car and the they told me if I’m paying with a debit card I must show TWO, not ONE, BUT TWO BILLS either electricity, water, internet or gas under my name, I don’t know but what kind of policy is it? You can’t even accept insurance bill (which is funny tho) or a telephone cellular bill? If it was like that why don’t you describe it or when you call to confirm the renting why don’t you let the customer knows about it? I wasted my time today and couldn’t go to a trip, I’m not saying it’s the person who take care of me today’s fault, NO, not saying anything but it is kind of weird asking for two bills under the drivers name...like?? it is just does not add up. And also, when I rented in Orlando I also showed my debit card, no issues, in another state...for three days and everything was perfect. I just don’t get it.

I was charged a pet fee for supposedly bringing my dog in the car I never put my dog in the car and the guy there basically called me a liar I would never go there again they take long never have many cars I asked for an suv I had to take a van which 2 days later had something wrong and tires kept getting low plus change oil light came on when I called to change the car they said they still had no cars available they’re rediculous!!!

Always 5 star service. Awesome staff. Michelle picked me up, and took care of me.
