Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The Enterprise staff is courteous and competent. They made the process for my rental easy and provided me with a luxury car for the extended time that my own vehicle was being repaired. Their cars are well maintained and so clean. Their staff followed all PPE protocol while attending to my needs which is essential during these times. I was greatly satisfied with all aspects of their service and I highly recommend Enterprise

Had a very positive experience at this particular Enterprise location in Queens. Jean-Claude helped us and was extremely professional and personable. The rest of the staff was pleasant as well. Got a free upgrade due to a shortage of vehicles, given the Thanksgiving rush. 5/5.

The sale representative were efficient and helpful. I had a no problems getting a vehicle and returning it was just fast.

Expensive and overpriced, they put hold on u credit card , the agent who helped me told me that they are the more expensive rental company as they claim to offer more selection that others
