A very pleasant visit. The representative here was very helpful and the time was enjoyable haven't thought that booking a vehicle would be so comfortable with smiles and laughter. Made it very easier to do business with and to refer others. Thank You to Mariana, Yoelis and Tanja continue to provide good service and pleasant visits for those who you encounter

Absolutely worst car rental experience. Paid $1300+ for a 2020 Volvo S60 Turbo. Received a dirty car with a broken windshield and a blown out speaker. As well as a service light coming on for maintenance while I was driving on the first day of a two week rental. I spoke with customer service and all they were willing to do was to have me drive over an hour to an airport to exchange the car or charge me to have someone deliver a new car. Well here’s a wonderful update. Since my sound system was broken I had to drive the car back alone and pay for a hotel and sleep in the car. The other members of my party were forced to rent a real luxury vehicle from a reputable car company and incur thousands of more expenses. Drove the car to JFK where I was supposed to drop the car off and the SIXT location closed without giving any notice too me or the roadside assistance department. The new address they have listed for drop off is 340 Federal Circle which is the middle of the road. Spent a half hour on hold and having the automated phone system drop my calls. The road side assistance department had no idea of this and couldn’t help me with finding the new drop off location so I changed my flight and headed to Newark airport SIXT drop off that I was told was a 24hr drop off location. I dropped off the keys in the box and ordered a Uber. My Uber drive then picked me up and we got stuck in the unattended rental car lot for over and hour in the cold at 3am!!! And now I’ve missed the last flight out for today and I am livid!!! And on top of it all it’s been over two weeks and I still haven’t received any sort of rental agreement!!! !

Whole crew is very nice! Barry he's the best, very nice an helpful!nOnly issue I had with them and here is my advice, check the shape of your car before the pick-up. Take some pictures just in case.nBut I highly recommend this company, good service and wonderful cars, and clean!

I had a great experience overall. I’ll give you Pros and Cons.nnPros:n1. Car Rental was easy I booked online and caught a great deal I got 40% off and also saved $50 for paying upfront.n2. I rented a luxury SUV (Volvo CX90) for around $57 a day which is unheard of because this car normally rents for over $200 a day.n3. I needed the car for 2 extra days and I just called in - no problem, that process was simple.n4. Returning the car was as simple as parking the car in their lot and handing over the keys.nnI give Sixt the 5 stars ⭐ufe0f for all the Pros but there are Cons...nnCons:n1. Maybe it was because I went really early and they had only 1 teller but it took over 30 mins to get my car and there was only one person on line in front of me.n2. At JFK airport they have no signage and this place was hard to find. Very frustrating when you’re in a hurry.n3. When you return it no one inspects the car so make sure that you take pics and videos just Incase they want to blame you for any damages. Take pictures of mileage and gas tank gauge as well. I personally didn’t have any issues but I read reviews about other customers that were blamed for damages.n4. Even though I requested a receipt when I returned it they told me that it will be emailed- so if you need a receipt right away you might not get it. It takes about 2-3 days.

The service representatives were very friendly and helpful. I believe we were mislead into thinking we would be able to rent a Mercedes and we recieved a Volvo. I was then told it's in the same class. This was very disappointing.
