Enterprise Rent-A-Car

For Customer Service I give them a 5 being the highest, the staff was polite quick and welcoming. As far as discounts because I look for discounts all the time. I give them a 1 they couldn't tell me which discounts they welcome, and when I received one it was very small. Nothing like Avis. As far as location I give them 5 they are within walking distance from me. On gas I give them a 5 because you return on a half tank like you received it, and not a full tank. On pricing they get a 1 the prices are a bit high I rented for four days and it was 517.00. I give them a 2 on selection of cars only because the car I selected at the time of pick up wasn't my choice but I ended up liking it, it was ether the Charger or a car so small I could pick it up and bring it in the house with me. Zero selection. I would rent again but the discounts have to be in place and the prices have to come down.nThree stars Total of 19 points divided into 6 = 3.1

The place is clean and the service is fast. This was the first time I rented with enterprise and it was a fast process. My car only had 1/4 tank of gas which is fine but it needed an alignment. Other than that no complaints!

This location served my needs in the past. However, my most recent experience exemplifies what is a chronic systematic issue with businesses located in certain areas. The employees seemed to be trained to treat the customers as though they lack intellect.nnI reserved an intermediate SUV and called ahead to the location to confirm and offered to pay beforehand to ensue that my vehicle would be available when I arrived.nnWhen I arrived, one of the employees attempted to rent me a compact vehicle while insisting that it was an intermediate. While insisting that a compact was an intermediate, another employee rented the intermediate vehicle to another customer who arrived after me. The employee wanted time arguing that a compact vehicle was an intermediate and trying to sell me additional insurance which I had through my credit card. He incorrectly described the coverage as well.nnThe actions of the employee, which reflect the company’s policies and views of customers in certain neighborhoods.nnI was forced to rent another class vehicle, which was bigger than I like, at a higher rate.nnI chose not to go to the location where I live. This was a mistake and a lesson about how people who suffer due to certain practices, also help to perpetuate them by demeaning customers with illogical, idiotic statements, that are clearly false.

Unfortunately, I have to write a bad review, my 1st.nI had asked to rent a car was in the BMW X-3 size & class. What I received was a large truck, an Infinity I-60 which was twice the size, hence twice the amount of gas. Also, the car was given to me quite dirty. The passenger car seat had caked up dirt on the seat cushion, but the worst thing was the seatbelt would not close, presenting a dangerous situation. In addition, there was a constant warning light on for the whole trip telling me that the front rader wasn't working. The whole trip for me, was tension producing, rather then relaxing because of the worry of the seatbelt & warning light.

I had a good experience. They kept me updated and gave me a switch out as requested. They were transparent about everything, and relatively quick as well
