I have to say Enterprise is very relyable and there cars are clean and the employees are very helpful and very nice. I would not rent from anyother place.

They only take credit cards. Nice vehicles available but a bit expensive.

We were out the door on a Saturday morning in under five minutes, and the economy/compact we got, an EcoSport, was in perfect shape and pretty nice.

I work in the NY Entertainment Business and we have used various locations of Enterprise Rent a Car for work.nnYesterday I rented a car from the Long Island City location on Queens Blvd because it is close to my home.nFrom start to finish it was a wonderful experience. I was making a day trip to Nyack about an hour’s drive to see my 70 year old mother for the first time in 4 months due to quarantine.nnMy early morning pick up was seamless . As I had experienced in the past , Enterprise Customer Service is excellent. I was rented a new Altima with top notch features at a very reasonable edit and NO WAIT.nnI did not even have to ask the nice worker wiped down and sanitized the car. With Covid concerns this reassured me .nThe all around experience ( the Asst Mgr Mr Di Giorgio sent me a follow up email today) was beyond 5 star.nnI heartily recommend Enterprise Rent a Car , and will certainly be using this location again.nnTheir outstanding Customer Service allowed me a fantastic drive and visit with my mom in these difficult pandemic days!
