Employees here are professional, helpful and communicative. I've rented a few cars from them (sometimes online, last min, my fault) and if there's any issues, they will contact you immediately to let you know there soonest availability. Cars are always clean/sanitized and they will get you in/out quick at a reasonable price.

Great experience at Enterprise Northampton, MA! Easy check in and drop off. They were super accommodating, although I find this the case with most Enterprise's.

The Enterprise staff members were helpful and polite during both pickup and return and the car operated as expected. My one complaint is that there was a distinct odor that at pickup I mistook to be the smell of shampoo or some other cleaning agent used to sanitize the vehicle prior to my arrival. The following morning, after parking the car overnight, I recognized the smell as that of a wet dog. There were no dog hairs anywhere in the vehicle but the smell was most definitely dog. The staff member who checked the car in when I returned it agreed, and was apologetic.

The staff was completely professional and courteous. Especially Austin--I watched as he was berated by an unhappy customer--stayed totally cool and handled it exactly as he should have. (To be clear, the customer's problems were his own.) He was polite, offered suggestions, and did all that was possible.nnExactly how he took care of my rental.nnThis was my first time at this location and I was treated well from reservation to return.nnExactly what I have come to expect from Enterprise.

The car was clean, but the maintenance required was on for the two weeks that I rented the car. I called as soon as it turned on (5min down the road) and they said it just didn’t get reset.nnI don’t know why it wasn’t on when she started it, and then suddenly turned on when I left. I was annoyed and explained that I need this for my daily commute and I don’t want issues when I’m traveling with my family. They brushed it off, said it was fine and I went on my way with this vehicle.nnI did rent for two weeks, the vehicle was fine- the light was annoying as all get out- and then when I brought it in early, I was told I didn’t get a refund for my unused day- has I known that, I would have kept the vehicle for the time I paid.nnI spoke to several office people throughout my rental, some of them were extremely kind and courteous, others not so much.... just like any business your experience is based off who answers the phone.nnI had a middle of the road experience and hope to not need to rent again for a very very long time
