United Access

Our journey through life brought us new knowledge and experiences. When we needed van transportation for my husband who was wheelchair bound we first tried a transport service, They were open only until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and no weekends. Our freedom was very limited. We found United Access and Heather and a new world opened up for us. Heather held our hands through the process to our new lives. She was beyond knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient. The United Access is a trustworthy and customer friendly company. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

We had such a great experience at United Access and recommend them wholeheartedly. We purchased a new van in September 2020 after Don, our salesperson, showed us several different options. He even drove to Syracuse to pick up a van that he thought we might like. I drive directly from my power wheelchair and was given all the info regarding the latest hand controls. Once installed, Dave worked with me to make sure the controls were adjusted correctly just for me. United Access is so much more than just a car dealership. It was our first time purchasing an accessible van and couldn't be more pleased!!

Becoming disabled changed my life in a very negative way. I'm not exaggerating when I say that working with United Access has changed my life in pretty close to an equally positive way. Words can't describe the feeling of having my driving independence back. Heather and Kirk are truly a pleasure to deal with. And Dave, all I can say is wow. A truly gifted and dedicated technician. One of the few people that I can honestly say is as meticulous as I am. I would definitely recommend United Access.

Over many years I have purchased 5 accessible minivans from Jeff & Heather. I do not regret any of my purchases. I''m not going to lie and say I never had an issue with any of my vehicles, but when I did Jeff and his staff were right there to make things right and have me back on the road in no time.
