Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They have nice cars and good customer service, but one thing we need is when we make a reservation online we want to get the car we choose online and not a different car once going there in person.

Enterprise in Henrietta, NY (West Henrietta Road) is professional, responsible, helpful, clean and quick. Great pre-visit info, great during visit info, great after visit info. Top notch employee who helped me after a car accident, can't say Thanks enough! Give that girl a raise!

I worked with Jennah to pick up my rental and Emily to return it. Both of them were extremely helpful and efficient. The whole transaction was positive, I would definitely recommend this Enterprise and will rent here again when I need to!

You have a caring crew. Bravo to them! I did not give you 5 stars because the car was about 90% clean in the inside, and probably because of the weather 75% clean in the outside. With this pandemic, the inside must be clean thoroughly, and for the outside, we will like to drive a clean spotless car. Thanks for your help.
