Nice and fast location, great customer service.

I was very impressed with Hertz! A nice gentleman picked me up at the car repair center and took me to Hertz. He drove quite safely. Once at Hertz, Caitlin was quick and efficient and personally walked me outside to my rental when the necessary preliminaries were over. Both employees were super friendly and professional. The rental car was clean and quite lovely. It is a bit tricky to locate. They are located inside Nu-look Collision. Once there, do NOT stop at the first desk inside the door. The ladies at that desk work for another company. Just smile at them and head straight back to the smaller room. It will say Hertz on the back wall inside the smaller room.

I had a phenomenal experience renting a car from Hertz. The customer service was top-notch! Peter was extremely helpful when I picked up the vehicle as well as when I called the office asking to extend my rental reservation. Peter even offered to drive me down the road to the Toyota dealership after I dropped off my rental vehicle. The entire process couldn't have been any easier!

Had a great experience renting from these folks recently. My car was in the body shop, so I needed a rental car. Hertz picked me up right from the body shop when I dropped my car off, and hooked me up with a nice rental.nnAnd when I picked up my car from the shop, Hertz allowed me to just leave the rental at the shop and they came and picked it up. Very easy and seamless process!nnAnd also, the clerk at this Hertz location was very friendly and helpful. Only thing is, be aware, there is an upsell. They try to sell you an insurance package for the rental, and it's another $20-30 a day. Your normal car insurance might cover the rental, so you don't need this package. Check with your insurance before you agree to it.nnThis is why I'm rating 4 stars. Other than that, great place!
