Friendly employees and great service. It's the only Hertz location in CT/NY that we were able to get the assistance we required. We are grateful for this HLE location!

BEST HERTZ LOCATION IN THE WORLD!!! CHRIS (CLERK) IS SUPER FRIENDLY!(as are all the rest of the staff) ALWAYS LOOKING TO HELP HER CUSTOMERS!SOOOOO EASY TO DEAL WITH! WOULDN'T RENT FROM ANYWHERE ELSE (it's 3 hours from my hometown that's how much I love this location) never had a better experience trust me! always look forward to going back

Had to wait an hour for my vehicle when I had to go and even like that they didn’t gave me an extra hour or a discount to apologize. I had asked for another type of vehicle since mine was taking forever and they didn’t have any. Terrible service
