Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a couple times and every time it’s different first time it was super fast and easy and got a great rental 2nd time was such a hassle, I thought the down deposit was 200 but no it was 300 plus what I’m paying for the rental and I guess they didn’t take my card so I had to ask my brother in law to do the WHOLE ENTIRE RENTAL PROCESS FOR ME which doesn’t make any sense because I used the same card for the 1st time I rented, sadly my sister needs a rental for a day next week so she’ll be there and I hope it’s not a hassle for her. They never have cars even if you make reservations ahead of time I remember I had to go to 3 different places to get a damn car.

When u received my vehicle i could barely see out of my side view mirrors. My front windshield had armor all all over the lower part of the glass. Felt as if I was being rushed out of the building. They have to be a little more careful detailing the vehicles when they come in from being rented.....

The best staff ever. Did the best job. Got me the vehicle that i needed and wanted to be in. Thank you enterprise for always coming through

The manager there is awesome, always professional and curtious. Service is excellent. Best enterprise i have ever been to.

More of a hassle, their website and car availability don't match. So if you get there they don't have your vehicle.nnNow im just left with a bad taste to rent a car from them at all.nnWith two bad previous experiences under my belt.nI'll pay more the get better service elsewhere
