Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Called on break told them I would be there at 1, was told I was getting a Nissan versa, got there and was told I was getting a Chevy Malibu but, it would be 20 mins cause it needed an oil change and 2 tires. Nice people on the phone, no communication and poor management

I love to rent cars for business trips, and they are usually on time for me, never had to wait get than 5 minutes to go

Car had dog or cat hair everywhere good thing my son didnt ride in the car because he’s allergic wasn’t a clean car
