Nothing but top-notch customer service from this local Avis Jeff is always on the ball....
Totally recommend this place. Monica rented me a 26' truck and gave me valuable directions in maneuvering it. Great price, great staff, great truck. Made moving less stressful!
Great customer service, Jeff & Kaitlynn were a great help of setting up my reservation and answering all of my questions I had. No matter how busy they were they had me in and out in 5mins top! I would highly recommend coming here if your looking for a car/truck rental!
This is the worst rental car in the area. Customer service was really bad they missed guide me by try to make it very convenient on when I can return the vehicle. However they didn't go over the contract and they billed me for the entire day just because I returned the vehicle couple minutes late on a Sunday when they are actually closed. I recommend not to rent from this place.
The owner and staff are always pleasant and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure their customers are taken care of.
