Reserved a mid size sedan online. Drove 30 mins to go get it and was told they only have mini vans. But they had my info. Never experienced such poor customer service in my life. Pretty sure they’re scamming people

We reserved mid size SUV online and it’s prepaid also. But they told they don’t have SUV and told that they have only sedan. They didn’t inform before to us. Working staff also very bad and they are very reckless.

My mother was given a reservation number and instructed to go in to pick up a car only to be told that there were no cars available. When she mentioned the reservation, they said it doesn’t matter. I don’t know how a business can give a reservation number and not actually reserve a car. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Wasted my mother’s time and mine as I had to leave work early to take her before they closed. Will be reporting to BBB.
