I have been happy with autoteam for 10 years. I get a car for the summer. They have always been friendly and fair. This year (pandemic) they proved their superiority to the commercial car rentals beyond a doubt. They sent out thoughtful and thorough safety plans. Then, when I called with my dilemma as to how to safely pick up a car, the owner offered to bring it to me! And like a miracle there they were! The friendly staff I've kown for years, in masks and gloves, waving from a distance as they handed off my getaway car! I will be forever grateful.
