Shaimaa provided with over the top customer service!! I needed a car after hours badly. And she still was able to help me out and was super nice throughout the transaction. I’d recommend this place to all and will be back for business.

We have been renting for the past month every weekend due to having car trouble and we have worked with Shaimaa every time. She is great, very nice & accommodating. Would reccomend.

My experience at this rental place was terrible.nThe woman was so incompetent and what’s going on with this virus did not wear a mask.nThe only car that they had and we reserve the car was a car and it smelled like smoke.nWhen I returned the car she’s so lazy she did not even go outside to look at it.nJust be warned a lot of people are saying this is a good place I’m telling you it is not stay away they do not care on servicing you correctly. Also the payment amount was incorrect and now I have to fight with corporate just stay away terrible place.

Mohammed and Jamie just took over 1 day before I picked up my rental. (Had to put my truck in for warranty repairs) both of them were fast, professional and made renting a car very easy. Got a Toyota Corolla and it was clean and a lot less expensive then enterprise which wanted a 1000.00 deposit on my credit card because I was self paying. Will definitely go back if I need to again when in town. Thank you guys for making things easy
