Budget Car Rental

This is my second experience with Budget Rent-A-Car. The woman and her daughter were very personable and professional. The car was clean and well maintained. When I arrived the car was ready. I was in and out in no time on both occasions. I have used many different rental companies over the years and this was the most expedient by far. I didn't have to carve an hour or more out of my busy schedule to rent a car. They were very respectful of my time. I need not search anywhere else in the future. Thank you, Budget Rent-A-Car!

This place looks like it should be condemned. It is inside another building that has a dog inside it. No consideration for people who have allergies or totally terrified of dogs. The receptionist must of been having a bad day because she was not very personable or welcoming. There was no where to park if I wanted to leave my car there & take the rental. If I did it would run the risk of getting damaged or hit because the space is so tight there. When I tried to let the representative know about damages & such on the car she just basically made it seem like something minor knowing that if I were to bring the car back with those issues they would charge me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Lakewood's is way better & its unfortunate that they are closing. I hope that they will be opening up another location in the area. If I could give this no stars then I would've but they dont give you that option.

My go to place when I need a rental. Along route 9 which means it's close to the NJ bus stop (across from Strickland / Howell P&R) for those with no other way to get there (instead by taxi of course). Friendly and courteous.
