Wow what a great experience l had with hertz highland Park, they got the car in for me that l requested, which was spottles. Billy is a real helpful guy unlike other locations l rented from in the past. From now on Hertz highland Park is where l will be renting from!!! My rental had not been washed. Interior was dirty and had straw wrappers around. The rental reeked of cigarette smoke and had to drive a couple of hours just to minimize the odor. I couldn't wash the windshield because there was no washer fluid. Hertz website has no link to file a complaint. The leasing office in NJ seemed disinterested in my concern and offered no comment. The office where it was returned in VA was apologetic. NO Stars.

So far so good. Moved to the area about a month ago and have been renting from here weekly.nnThey are quick and efficient and the cars I have got have all been nice so far. Once I left a parking tag after return and the manager was nice enough to go bring it back from the lot.nnIt is a small location though and not much room to wait inside the office. A bit hard to locate on the high way too, they could consider a bigger sign board perhaps.

Rented a car from here and was incorrectly charged for gas. After over a month of multiple long customer support phone calls and assurances that my money would be returned, I still don't have it. Unprofessional service and no one takes responsibilities for their mistakes. Wasted so much time.

Worst cars, I rented a car a month ago, they give me a car which is in its worst condition. I realized that by the time I reached home and that was on Saturday so they closed. I called them on Monday for replacement they told me that they will call me within an hour but they never called and I had to drive that car for whole week, I was scared that parts will come down on the road . After a week on Saturday I called them to see if they got replacement and I have been told same answer. When I went to return the car, I saw they have couple of cars in parking and I asked that lady she said we can not give that car to you. I was shocked...NOT recommended. Worst customer service, they lie too much.
