First Care Medical Transportation

I booked a day ahead for transportation from the hospital to home as I was having necknsurgery. I was told one price from the man with whom I first spoke then a higher price from the woman who booked. I was told to call them one hour before I would be discharged so that they would be able to come for the 35 minute trip, as per Mapquest.nBoth my nurse and I contacted First Care at 12:50 PM. I was told they would be there within one hour. I tried calling again at 2:00 PM, as no one had arrived. I was contacted at 2:05 PM that they were 15 minutes away. Flash forward, 2:45 PM and I was notified that they were less than a mile away.nA grey van arrived with half-empty used water bottles in the cup holders arrived. I was told I could use the bottle of hand sanitizer in the back if I wanted.nThe van proceeded at over the speed limit for most of the ride, going over speed bumps and jostling my neck which was just operated on and braced several times during the ride.nI finally arrived home close to 3:30 in a standard van, not an ambullette and had the “pleasure” of paying over five times what I would have for an Uber!

The driver of school bus# 33 is so rude and he thinks that he is special and better than other bus drivers. He cut the line today, 02/03/2020 in the afrernion, and he cuts the line all the time. This happens at Horizon Upper High Sshool in Livingston, NJ. So this is not cool at all and not professional to cut the line of the school buses, and it is so disrespectful. This driver has an attitude. Please do something about it.

Bus driver, license number G202S1, changed lanes without looking and almost caused an accident. I then proceeded to pull beside him and he gave me the finger. Very unprofessional. If I was not in a rental car, your company would be missing a bus.

Handicap School bus number 55 was about to miss his exit and cut me off on the 280 causing me to hit a guard rail than proceeded to sway back and forth on the road as I was behind him because he did no want to pull over.( I thought my vehicle had damage) This is a handicap school bus much like the bus that my son uses to go to his special needs school. If this is the way this person drives I would not trust this company to transport any of your loved ones. This driver should not be transporting handicap kids period!

Crossed over the double yellow line of N Beverwyck Rd in Lake Hiawatha in an attempt to pass me as I turned right into a business.
