My car was getting some body work done and this Enterprise is physically connected to the garage with a 3 foot corridor between shops. How perfectly convenient!nMy car was a Nissan Altima. I had it for 4 days and it was cleaned and comfortable. All the paperwork was in an email. The car return took 2 minutes. Thank you for your efficiency. This is why I’m an Enterprise Member!

I had an all-around bad experience.n1. The email indicating where to pick up the car sent us to the wrong address. The woman told me that a lot if people make that mistake!!!n2. The car didn't have a built-in GPS, although it was requested.n3. Both the Garmin GPS and key had low batteries, which was a little nerve-wracking.n4. The Garmin didn't find the Hartford car return, but rather sent me to corporate offices.n5. The car return didn't even have a sign for where to go to return the car.n6. The personnel were somewhat offensive and not at all helpful.nAll of these events could have been prevented with a little more effort on the part of the company. Had I been told in advance that Garmins may be used, I would have taken my own and avoided the $11/day charge.nThe entire operation seemed amateurish and was the worst car rental experience I've had.

The best car rental service and customer service in this area! Friendly and effective customer service. They also provide pickup and send back service which makes everything easy. And the price is really ideal. If you compare the price of Zipcar , renting a car for one day is much cheaper when you share with more than two people. It’s incredible to have experience renting car here, will continue to rent car here.

I rented my car from atlanta airport and dropped off at amherst college st. The car was damage free before we took it at the airport, inspection was done quickly inside the multiple floors garage cus we saw nothing wrong. However when we return the car in amherst, this lady at enterprise told us there 2 dents on top of the car roof and insist on charging us for the damage. My husband, my father and i all went out to inspect the dent and saw there NO dents. It like she made it up just to charge us extra. 200 dollars extra! I wonder if they make commission on charges they drop on customer. My dad told me i should have call the police on enterprise and i regretted not doing so. They deserve the police investigation on false charges. Enterprise, you are lucky i have a toddler crying for me to leave otherwise i will call the police on you people. I will never, ever, rent at this place or enterprise again. I rented car often and this is the first Bad business that made absolutely no sense. Dont recommend this place. Everything easily handled. They offered more services than we even needed. One facet of the rental we forgot to address was how to handle tolls where there wasn't an option to pay cash. Would have liked a phone mailbox at the local office, which I can't find.
