Chris Goodell was exemplary to work with. I needed a quick turn around for a wheel chair ramp for our home, so that my husband could come home from the hospital. Called Friday, Chris came to make an estimate on Friday evening, I had a quote that weekend, and he could come to install on Monday. All happened on time, the cost was a good value, and we are well pleased with the ramp. Outstanding service.

Chris was great to talk to, explained everything, transparent, and kept me in loop every step of the way. Unfortunately had a family emergency and Chris helped me and my family out right away with options and within a week was at house assembling a ramp for my mom. Chris did a great job installing our new ramp, especially considering he had to cut away part of the deck railing. He moved a vertical post down the railing so it looks like it had been originally built that way. Everything looks and works great. This was a VA install, and he worked with me and the agency to get what I wanted. Note: I waited about a month before writing this review...as I always do...so I can spot any issues over time.
