Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Dreadful experience. Rental car broke down in Rutland Vt. on a weekend so no local office open. Only option was to work with triple AAA through Enterprise. Car was eventually towed to Burlington but no car furnished until the next day, again from Burlington. Upon return to North Hampton agent was very nice and issued partial refund. Two months later an almost $200 charge is applied to credit card with no explanation. It is now three months of phone calls and in person visit to try to straighten this out. Original agent no longer there and that is the excuse for why no one knows anything. Dispute process through credit card resulted in invoice from accounting to them that said Miscellaneous charge. Hours on the phone, no one returns calls and local manager getting rude.

Had requested and paid for a small/mid sized care got a box on wheels or compact with out any reimbursement or apologies for the mix up.
