Enterprise Rent A Car

I have never rented a car at the airport, the lady that helped me lacked information to make my smooth transition to my car. She was rude and the whole experience was a one star.

Rented a vehicle from them today, and while the car was great and all, the wait time to get it was outrageous. I realize this Covid has changed some operations a bit, but having to wait in line for at least half an hour while the one teller ran 3 different agencies is just uncalled for.

Good services n good negotiation

The service was great, I was met at the repair center, and the salesman was patient, showed me all the Available features in the car, and there were plenty! Made sure I was comfortable and understood everything. And the car a Hyundai Elantra was Awesome! Return was so simple and easy I drove up she scanned something and I was good to go. Loved it all around! Sorry no pics of me in that awesome car I'm sure I looked fabulous!

They were fast and awesome! Not only that they upgraded me from an economy car to an SUV which was a really nice surprise. I travel quite a bit and Enterprise has never let me down!
