Thrifty Car Rental

Wish I could give negative stars. After booking WEEKS ago and paying my NON REFUNDABLE deposit, they are suddenly out of cars. People have been waiting for hours, they won’t give us our money back, and they claim they have no cars. Great start to a vacation!! We’ve been here 2 hours and counting. Will not use again.

If you payed extra and got an upgrade you got your vehicle right away. If you didn't and just stuck with your original reservation they made you wait over an hour... Absolutely unprofessional. Really disappointed that everyone that was in line after my family got vehicles before we did. I had 2 small children with us and were very tired and hungry after a long trip. I will never do business with them again. And i will never recommend them to anyone.

Rent with Thrifty? DON’T DO IT!! Upon arrival, we were told to wait “just a minute.” 45 minutes later we are still waiting for a non-existent car because “Thrifty and Dollar” are running behind. I will NEVER use Thrifty again.

Got a great price on a midsize and was even upgraded to a Nissan Rogue. The vehicle was clean and exceeded my expectations.

These scam artists will over charge you for made up reasons. Careful out here
