Based on my customer service experience and the price of the vehicle
Rental location had no signs for Payless. Only Avis and Budget, just expected people to know. And no sign explaining return procedure, and no one at return lanes. Again had to get in long line and ask. And extra charges were added at end that were not disclosed up front. Overall worst rental experience in decades.
They put fuel charges even I refill my tank full and also there representative were not there when I drop off vehicle I was getting late for my flight so I leave car at rental return then after few hours later get closing receipt with fuel charges
At the time when we were waiting to rent the car there was only one person ahead of us being helped but there were two other people at the counter and no one called us up to help. The person from the outside came in to look thank goodness I was still been waiting there for more than a half an hour felt like and it was really about 15 minutes it was a non busy day at noon time. The other thing is I did not receive my bill on the email like I was told so I have to call in again today so if you could please give me my bill I was charged but I don't know what the charges were fully for I'll be calling back in today
Your company is incredibly unprofessional. There were several rather expensive hidden charges that we were NOT made aware of when we went to pick up our car. We were under the impression that our car would cost around $100 and now we have been charged $250 with all these hidden fees that your unprofessional company chose to hide from us. We will never use your services again and we will make sure we notify as many people as possible at how dishonest, unprofessional, and money hungry your lying company is. You should be ashamed of how unprofessional you all are and how you go about essentially stealing money from your customers. Disgusting.
