Clean vehicle and great rate however, Tricia was the highlight of my experience with Enterprise. She provided amazing customer service and went out of her way to make sure my family and I were taken care of. During times like this it is people like Tricia who can brighten someone’s day just by being positive. Enterprise is lucky to have an employee who makes customers feel valued. Will definitely rent again.

Friendly service. Clean car. Amazing price. I typically rent through Hertz but because of some issues I faced with them during my last rental I decided to start renting through Enterprise. I am not sure the differences between the two companies, but the service is just a great at this location. The check-in was fast, simple and easy. The car was exactly what I had reserved, with plenty of features, the price was great. They do charge a $200 deposit on your credit card at this location. I know all rental car places do charge a variable deposit, so it is good to know what the different deposits are. Thank you to everyone at this location for being there when needed!

I will definitely be back to this location!! Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced any where. Go in and talk to Lauren she is definitely the best, also the bald guy(ud83dude09)!

Although all of there staff is friendly and very professional Jesse and Lauren are my favorite. Maybe because of the down town area they're always busy so it gives you a chance to see how fast they move. Wonderful team
