I paid for a 57 passenger motor coach to transport a LARGE wedding party together. Mr Carr took it upon himself to send 2 26 passenger buses without telling me. It wasn't known until the buses arrived at the hotel to pick up the wedding party. THAT'S NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR.
Clean busses, friendly and always on time!
If I could give no stars I would because they don't even deserve that. The most unprofessional company I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Had 2 motor coaches booked since March they double booked lied and said I never paid when the contract states other information. They decided to cancel 24 hours before the trip for students. Wouldn't ever use or recommend such a disgraceful company!!!
The driver was very nice and helpful!
Fabulous service. Our driver, OC, was punctual, professional and fun! The coaches are clean and comfortable. Highly recommend Carr's! This was the perfect way to take our staff to a Tiger's game!
