Pretty good service to rent a vehicle. The cars are normally in good condition, but sometimes they can be trashed if you get the car right behind a filthy renter. Some connection problems with the android phone in certain locations, can you imagine it's 30° windy and precipitation outside, and your trying to get in the car.
Sometimes things go smoothly but more times than not, there is a glitch in the app causing you to have to call into customer support. Even had several rentals that were cancelled because of app problems leaving me missing a wedding. I was just assuming it was growing pains for a new company but lack of communication and support is making me rethink using Maven again
Decent prices. Easy to use.
The were used condoms and weed and cigarillos in my rental and I work with kids! I made the complaint well over a week ago, I have emailed member services and everything and their customer service has been very RUDE and has yet to address my issue
