Enterprise is longer at that location .. its now the leasing office for the Khan and they were excellent
I Call enterprise and they confirm they have a vehicle available. Get there and they dont have any within reasonable distance. Not willing to get me a vehicle within the same price range they said they had available...worst service I've had from enterprise yet, not to mention the $40 I came out of pocket to get the rental.
Service was great at their 9mile office,but their office on second ave, was very disappointing!!!
I have been renting from Enterprise for 5 months no break in between my rental, I was getting un employment and because of the rental was able to start a job they have worked with me and I am grateful but only wish they would have worked with me a little bit longer as I had a issue with my bank account I owe for one week and could pay for 2 weeks come Monday but they won't work with me and this is my only way to get back on my feet and because I have spent thousands with them with out problem now I need a small break so I can continue to provide for my two girls I have no help at all
Friendly staff. I like interacting with people at tye New Center branch. My only complaint is that the supposed-to-be non-smoking cars have stinky cigarette smell. My clothings were saturated with the stinky smell at the end of my trip.
