One competent lady. The rest have attitudes and no customer service. They can’t help you in any way for anything. You’ll pretty much have to figure everything out on your own.
I am a consistent customer of Enterprise Ypsilanti Michigan Ave. I have never felt more cared for and well treated from any car rental company in my experience. I will go nowhere else but to Enterprise due to the employees and the management tending to me and all their customers and such a respectful and effective manner. Best car company best location.
I rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Ypsilanti Michigan. The service reps are very professional and nice. The only issue I have is the cigarette smoke in the car. They should do better in cleaning the vehicle.
My service at the Ypsilanti, MI Enterprise office was excellent. The staff was helpful and the rental process was a breeze. I did everything online before arriving, so it went like clock work. Returning the car was even easier. I recommend this Enterprise office.
I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS. this place is ghetto and unprofessional. i would not recommend coming here at all. there’s plenty of others in the area. don’t waste your money. i use rental services for work all the time and i NEVER have issues. until i came here for my first time today. never again.
